Nigel Harvey, Chief Executive
Nigel has worked in the Product Compliance Industry since 1990 in a variety of senior management roles covering marketing, business development, and general business management. He joined Recolight as Chief Executive in 2009.

Peter Lees, Commercial Manager
Peter has nearly 40 years experience in the lighting industry and worked with several companies including Philips Lighting UK and Sylvania SA Geneva before joining Recolight in 2006.  Peter is an Incorporated Engineer (CEI), Associate Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and is a member of the Society of Light and Lighting.

Alex Hawkins, Operations Manager
Alex worked in the electrical wholesale industry for nine years holding a variety of sales, procurement and project roles. He joined Recolight in 2005 as the first full time member of the team. 

Tracey Hodey, Financial Controller
Qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 2002, Tracey worked as the UK and European Financial Controller in a leading Network Planning Management company for four years.  She joined Recolight in 2006.
