Satisfaction hits record high among Recolight members

The results of Recolight’s fourth satisfaction survey have been announced. Recolight members are more satisfied with the service and benefits Recolight provides than ever before, with 97% of members surveyed saying that Recolight matches their expectations.

The independent survey which was open to all members was conducted in August 2013 and asked questions on a range of different areas including the main benefits of belonging to the Recolight scheme, improvements which could be made and whether Recolight adds value to their business.

The results from the respondents were overwhelmingly positive. Members rated Recolight highly for providing a one-stop compliance solution and 80% of members said that nothing needs improving – an impressive 25% higher than 2011.

94% of members see Recolight as the main compliance scheme for the lighting industry with 97% saying either they have or would recommend Recolight to other businesses.

84% of members rate Recolight’s staff as responsive and easy to contact with 83% of members feeling that Recolight provides value for money. One member said: “[Recolight is] one of the most cost effective compliance schemes [and is] gaining popularity.”

Frank Craven, Recolight’s Membership Development Manager said: “It is very encouraging to see that the hard work we put in to provide an efficient WEEE service is helping our members to succeed.”

He continues: “With the Government set to announce the new regulatory framework within the coming weeks, the UK WEEE system seems set to go through some fundamental changes. Recolight is always here to support its members and provide a one-stop WEEE compliance solution.”
