LIGHT25
Recolight at Light 25 | Stand U57
Recolight is coming together with the lighting industry to support Light 25, a key exhibition and conference for the sector. The event brings together innovators, specifiers, and sustainability leaders to explore how collective action can accelerate progress towards a circular economy and net zero.
As the UK’s leading compliance scheme dedicated to lighting, Recolight will showcase our expertise in WEEE compliance, together with practical guidance on Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs). These tools are essential for producers and specifiers who want to reduce waste, minimise environmental impact, and design with sustainability in mind.
Visitors to Light 25 will also be able to join the conference programme, where Recolight is contributing directly to the conversation. Max Robson of Recolight, alongside Kael Gillam of Hoare Lea, will present the session Your Data Isn’t ‘Good’: It’s Just Data. The talk will examine the growing role of EPDs in the lighting industry, discussing how the data is generated, how it can be interpreted, and the benefits and limitations of these declarations. Attendees will gain valuable insight into how EPDs can support sustainable lighting design and greater transparency, without losing sight of the wider environmental picture.
Light 25 is not only a showcase of the latest lighting technologies, but also an opportunity for the industry to come together to tackle shared sustainability challenges. For Recolight, it provides the perfect platform to share expertise on reuse, recycling and circular economy solutions, while working collaboratively with stakeholders across the sector.
