Recolight is under a legal obligation to prioritise reuse over recycling, so we need to facilitate and encourage reuse.

Circular Lighting Live is the UK’s first major in-person event dedicated to sustainable lighting. Circular Lighting Live in 22 & 23 discussed how the lighting industry can make the circular economy a reality.

Established by Ray Molony, and Recolight, the event is a vital step on the industry’s journey to a low carbon, circular economy.

To understand this new landscape, the conference brings together leading experts, specifiers and policy makers to share their insights into forthcoming standards and legislation, emerging technologies and new business models.

Circular Lighting Live 2024 will take place on the 9 October.

Remanufacturing Lighting Products

Joining the Sustainability Revolution | A practical workshop showing how to implement a remanufacturing process

An in depth one day workshop, Hosted by industrial designer Simon Fisher of F Mark, the CPD-accredited* event showcases considerations and regulations for providing a remanufacturing service for lighting products and components.

The workshop will guide attendees through all aspects of setting up a remanufacturing service, including key design principles for the LED light source, compliance testing, and the use of BS8887:221.

Recolight is a member of the global CPD Certification Service.
*CPD accreditation has been applied for, and a certificate will be issued to all who attend.
