Ray Molony is the editor of the Circular Lighting Report, a Recolight initiative to inform the market of developments in sustainability in the industry. He’s also head of content at the Build Back Better Awards, an initiative to celebrate and reward environmental leadership, innovation, creativity and social purpose in the built environment, and the editor of Designing Lighting Global, a magazine for designers. He was co-founder of Lux magazine and the LuxLive exhibition. He’s also the award-winning author of the acclaimed book, Light: Re-Interpreting Architecture (Rotovision, 2014) which was translated into many languages. He studied engineering at Dublin City University.

With more than 25 years of experience at Philips and Signify, Ton has built a deep track record across marketing, sales, and business leadership roles within the lighting industry. Based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, he holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from the Technical University of Eindhoven

Hartwig StammbergerChair of the Board of Open Direct Current Alliance ODCA. Manager Strategic Associations Direct Current at EatonHartwig will speak in his role of Chair of the board of the Open Direct Current Alliance ODCA, an international association of industry, end users, and academia. Coming from his background in Electrical Engineering with a PhD in simulation of electromagnetics of switching devices, he has gained broad expertise in direct current applications. From 2019 to 2023 he coordinated the 39-member project DC-INDUSTRIE2 where the partners put DC microgrids into operation in 10 different applications. Since its formation in Nov. 2022, he represents the ODCA as Chair of the Board. He is working for Eaton EMEA in Germany as Manager Strategic Associations Direct Current.
