Recolight currently provides those UK lamp recyclers who chose to respond to a tender in 2012, with a capped subsidy for waste lamps they collect from their own customers. This subsidy is known as Delegated User Arrangements, or DUA.  From 1 January 2015, the Recolight DUA system will change from a tonnage cap to tonnage options, to be tendered during  the latter part of 2014. This has no impact on the Recolight network service.
