Building Resilience Through Reuse | ASBP event

A one-day industry event exploring how reuse can reduce risk, create more resilient supply chains, and unlock value.

Building Resilience Through Reuse brings together the people shaping the future of construction, from policy and design through to deconstruction and materials reuse, this is your chance to connect across the full value chain.

Building on three successful Reuse Summits (2023–2025), this year’s event goes further, welcoming professionals from operations, finance, manufacturing, procurement and beyond. If you want to understand where the industry is heading and how you fit into it, you won’t want to miss this.

Aligned with ASBP’s Reuse Now campaign, the event is designed to accelerate the reuse of construction materials and help you play your part in creating a resilient, resource-efficient, low-carbon future.

For the benefits of a circular economy to be maximised it needs to be adopted by the majority as a collaborative effort, this event is one of many endeavours to support our sector to scale adoption.

  • Keynote talks from industry and public sector including Georgia Elliott-Smith – Sustainability leader, engineer, activist; Founder of Fighting Dirty; Director at Elliott Wood.
  • Two panel sessions discussing how to frame reuse for maximum engagement, and collaboration across supply chains respectively
  • Interactive workshops on topics including material pathway auditing for the built environment, designing for reuse as a risk management strategy, and the business case for reuse
  • Drinks and networking at a local pub after the event

Bring a colleague: The organisers are asking delegates to #BringABuddy—invite someone from another discipline, part of the supply chain or wider network who wouldn’t usually attend a circular economy event.
